About our Company
Penwill Consulting is run and administered by Michael Penwill. The company consists of a small close knit team based in Bournemouth, Dorset and also working from our London office when required. Our aim is to provide a very high level of customer service and our experience of dealing with complex situations both in the UK and Overseas is unrivalled by any other company.
As an individual Michael has trained in Insolvency and was invited to speak on BBC radio with Professor Nick Wilson from Leeds University to discuss the changing climate in the UK with regards to Bankruptcy and indebtedness.
Michael has also contributed to articles in national newspapers such as the Guardian to discuss topics in relation to debts, insolvency and bankruptcy.
In addition to this Michael also has personal experience of these situations having both lived overseas and also through being in debt during his lifetime. This experience gives Michael the ability to fully empathise with peoples situations and he fully understands the positions that people can find themselves in.
As a consultation company we are fully licensed by the Office of Fair Trading to provide advice to people in these types of situation. Any company offering this type of service needs to be licensed to do so-be aware that there are unlicensed and unscrupulous companies out there-always check that they hold a valid consumer credit licence.
We are also licensed under data protection and this means that your information will be dealt with under the rules and regulations set by the Information Commissioner Office. In essence this means that your information will be in safe hands and not sold on or disclosed to any third party company.
Michael also regularly attends the High Court of London acting as an Attorney for people living overseas...
